Where Did My Task Go? An Appeal to Blogsvertise

A few minutes ago, I logged into my Blogsvertise account and found out that I got a grab bag task. Excitedly, I immediately clicked on the link and saw that three of my blogs got the same task so I just have to choose which one to use. But before that, I checked each of my blogsites to know if the same article/task applies. Deciding to go for my general blog, I then hit the “accept” button. I was surprised to see a message saying something like “Sorry, someone has already accepted the task.” Oh no! I went to Blogsvertise‘ homepage and discovered that the task offers were all gone.  Continue reading →

Avida Painted The Letters Red

With Reil in Cebu, I wasn’t planning on anything to celebrate V-day, until I got an invite from Avida and CCC for the Red Letter Day.

To show appreciation and gratitude to the people who supported Avida, they organized the Red Letter Day campaign. From 6-9PM on February 14, 2012, OPM artists such as True Faith, Jim Paredes and Faith Cuneta staged the event.

Bass-ing Better is One Day by Kutless

I have been playing bass guitar for quite a long time but it seems that I’m stuck with what I have and what I know. I want to learn more. Now that my brother is trying to get in the music team, I am excited to have this opportunity to play with him–for God.  Everyday, he asks me if I already downloaded Better is One day song. This served as a reminder for me to be intentional in learning to play new songs—strive more and excel, so he will be encouraged as well. I was listening to the song when the BF searched a video over YouTube and showed me something. It was a bass vid of the song. “So, that’s how it was played!” Got my pen and paper and read the tab. I hope that I can play this when we practice….

Sshhh..I walked towards the door and checked outside. “Okay, clear.” lip-talking to the group. Slowly, I pushed the screen door when, “Aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!” took my gun and shot the walker (zombie) straight to his head. Down fell the…what should I call him? He is dead and I killed him–double dead?? Anyway, it’s getting dark and we have to get to a safer place. Running..searching for a secure ground, I glanced at my old, muddy and bloody tyangge shoes. It looks like aerosmith with big laughing mouth sticking out. Oh no! What should I do??
